We overhaul and repair, coat, perform non destructive (NDT) crack detection on Siemens Lincoln SGT100, SGT300(DLE), SGT400 and SGT800 fuel nozzles.
We have overhauled a number of sets of SGT400 Pilot Burners, dual fuel, as well as the SGT100 Pilot Burners, including flow testing and flow calibration. The latest fuel nozzle we worked on is the SGT800, formerly known as GTX 100. Upon arrival we flow tested both the 'main' and 'pilot burner' ports with and without reducer. We have replaced the tip, applied a new coating, and prior to returning to the customer, we have flow tested the repaired fule nozzle again and calibrated it.
We have also overhauled the Bosch Rexroth starter motors and Sauer pumps to drive the starter motor. We have a hydraulic test rig to be able to test all the motors and hydraulic pumps we overhaul.
