Component Repair

One of your advantages in working with us is that we do not manufacture new ‘Spare Parts’. Our aim is to re-use your currently installed parts by Visual Inspection, NDT Inspection and/or material analysis after which repairs follow and the component can be re-used. It is not in our interest to sell the customer ‘new’ spare parts as in many cases we have to purchase these from the OEM at the same price our customers can purchase these for.

We have available a large number and variety of ‘Spares’. Both for providing service to your Turbine as well as ‘Spares’ to support your package.

For many parts we can offer:

- Refurbished

- Used

As different ‘Turbine Packages’, as example ‘Ruston, EGT Alstom, Siemens’ can have different components installed, we prefer to supply ‘Spares’ only to customers where we perform the maintenance. The reason is that we can, besides seeing the part number, also see the spare part that needs replacement. This prevents us sending parts all over the world and customers paying and receiving ‘Spare parts’ which will not function with their ‘Turbine Package’. Besides our ‘In House’ spare parts, we also have access to many parts through other repair or maintenance facilities whith whom we cooperate.
